Sea Alarm Conferences provide a platform for marine wildlife rehabilitators, industry representatives and governmental agencies to meet and assess the current state of preparedness in Europe, exchange thoughts, evaluate recent responses and developments, and define emerging priorities for action.

To date, Sea Alarm has organised five conferences:

October 2007 – Ostend, Belgium
November 2004 – Balbriggan, Ireland
November 2001 – The Hague, the Netherlands
November 2000 – Pieterburen, the Netherlands

The 5th Sea Alarm Conference was a joint Sea Alarm and  Effects of Oil on Wildlife Conference in October 2009 in Tallinn, Estonia.
