Sea Alarm has identified professional organisations worldwide and in Europe which provide international response assistance in oiled wildlife incidents. Sea Alarm has ongoing arrangements with these organisations and can provide clients (national stakeholders or industry parties) with rapid information on who is available, mobilisation times and conditions. If needed Sea Alarm can assist with the mobilisation process and the smooth integration of the international resources into the local response.

Sea Alarm’s relationship with the response organisations is based on mutual trust and respect, MoU’s and long term cooperation. Mobilisation via Sea Alarm is supported by instruments that Sea Alarm has in place, including contracts, insurances and response manuals.

In case a client does not have a budget available for the mobilisation of expertise and/or the other costs of a response to a developing oiled wildlife incident, Sea Alarm will help to identify available finanicial resources via its international network and professional contacts.
